Hi, there is no different comment system for files and blogs, you will just use the same one, instead of the blog ID you will enter the file ID, for example:

[blog_cmt*]to=FILE ID, l=10,o=ul||%name%  - %text%[/blog_cmt] 

For the form, also enter the same one and just change the blog ID to the file ID.

[blogcmt_form*]to=FILE ID ||%name% %text% %submit%[/blogcmt_form]

Note: Remove ✳️ from the code. 

In the code above I didn't put any divs, you will configure the divs as you wish.
