Why is the wapkiz :on-all: tag not working?

The wapkiz code or tag :on-all: does work and is used to show the total number of online visitors, both registered and unknown.

There are others but :on-user: and :on-guest: which are for online users and another for unknown users, but at the moment they are not working, we hope that the wapkiz team resolves this immediately.
